Revenue Cycle Claims Specialist

Natera is seeking an experienced and highly organized Revenue Cycle Claims Specialist with attention to detail to join our Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of claims through the revenue cycle process. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the revenue cycle, including charge entry, claims processing, payment posting, and accounts receivable. Responsibilities:

1. Enter charges accurately and timely into the billing system.
2. Ensure proper coding and compliance with all applicable regulations.
3. Process claims efficiently and in a timely manner.
4. Post payments accurately and promptly.
5. Review accounts receivable and take appropriate action to ensure timely payment.
6. Resolve coding and billing discrepancies.
7. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable performance.
8. Review and investigate denials and appeals.
9. Monitor and report on revenue cycle performance.
10. Interact with customers to answer questions or resolve issues.
11. Stay updated on new coding and billing regulations.
12. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
