  1. Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures following established protocols and standard operating procedures.
  2. Record and analyze experimental data accurately and efficiently.
  3. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring proper functioning and availability for experiments.
  4. Collaborate with other research team members to plan and coordinate experiments and projects.
  5. Communicate research findings and progress to team members and company leadership.
  6. Stay updated on current scientific literature and trends in the field of genetic testing.
  7. Contribute to the development and optimization of new laboratory techniques and procedures.
  8. Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to improve experimental outcomes.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
  10. Assist in the training and supervision of new research team members.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving research processes and results.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of experimental data and procedures.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines for completing experiments and projects.
  14. Prepare and present research findings at team meetings and company-wide presentations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve research processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Genetics, Or Biotechnology.

  • Prior Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Research Or Clinical Laboratory.

  • Familiarity With Molecular Biology Techniques Such As Pcr, Dna Sequencing, And Gene Expression Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues Independently.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Ability To Adhere To Strict Quality Control Standards.
