- Conduct and assist in research activities related to the development and validation of diagnostic products.
- Perform laboratory experiments and accurately record and analyze data.
- Participate in the design and optimization of assays and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Keep detailed records of experiments and assist in writing technical reports and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the development process.

- Maintain and organize laboratory equipment and supplies.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Etc.)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Product Development Within The In Vitro Diagnostics (Ivd) Industry
Proficiency In Various Laboratory Techniques, Including Pcr, Ngs, And Other Molecular Biology Methods
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Ivd Products
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Research Findings Effectively.
