We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Research Associate 1 for our In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Product Development division. As a Research Associate 1, you will play a crucial role in developing and validating innovative diagnostic products that have the potential to improve patient outcomes.   1. Conduct and assist in research activities related to the development and validation of diagnostic products.
  2. Perform laboratory experiments and accurately record and analyze data.
  3. Participate in the design and optimization of assays and protocols.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  5. Keep detailed records of experiments and assist in writing technical reports and protocols.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the development process.
  7. Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and incorporate them into research activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety procedures and regulations.
  9. Maintain and organize laboratory equipment and supplies.
  10. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and materials.
  11. Communicate research findings and progress to team members and management.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality and efficiency of laboratory operations.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all work-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Etc.)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Product Development Within The In Vitro Diagnostics (Ivd) Industry

  • Proficiency In Various Laboratory Techniques, Including Pcr, Ngs, And Other Molecular Biology Methods

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Ivd Products

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Research Findings Effectively.
