
Research Associate 1, IVD Product Development

- Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures to support the development of new diagnostic products.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data and results accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Assist in the design and optimization of experiments to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new assays and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with current scientific literature and advancements in the field of genetics.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Present research findings and progress updates to project teams and management.
- Contribute to the writing and editing of technical reports, protocols, and other scientific documents.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for improving processes and procedures.
- Attend relevant conferences and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Mentor and train new team members on laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Role Within The In Vitro Diagnostics (Ivd) Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Ivd Product Development, Including Fda And Ce Regulations.
Strong Laboratory Skills And Experience With Various Molecular Biology Techniques, Such As Pcr, Dna Sequencing, And Gene Expression Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Team Environment.
