Lead and oversee clinical studies and research initiatives related to genetic testing and diagnostics.
Develop and implement protocols and study designs for clinical trials.
Analyze and interpret data from clinical studies and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and completion of clinical projects.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stay current on advancements and developments in the field of molecular diagnostics.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior clinical scientists and team members.
Participate in the development and review of scientific publications and presentations.
Communicate and collaborate with key opinion leaders and external partners.
Contribute to the strategic planning and decision making for the company's clinical research initiatives.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in clinical research processes and methodologies.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all clinical studies and data.
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and events related to clinical research.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the clinical research team.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of ethical considerations in clinical research.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Genetics, Or Molecular Diagnostics.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, With A Focus On Developing And Validating Molecular Diagnostic Assays.
Extensive Knowledge Of Next-Generation Sequencing (Ngs) Technology And Its Application In Clinical Laboratory Settings.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Scientists And Technicians.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Experience With Obtaining And Maintaining Relevant Accreditations (E.g. Clia, Cap).
