  1. Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.

  6. Communicate with patients in a professional and compassionate manner.

  10. Collaborate with other members of the laboratory team to ensure efficient workflow.
  11. Maintain knowledge of phlebotomy best practices and stay updated on industry developments.
  12. Provide exceptional patient care and address any questions or concerns.
  13. Assist with inventory management and ordering necessary supplies.
  14. Participate in training and development programs as needed.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  17. Support a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Cpt) Or Equivalent Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Clinical Setting.

  • Proficient In Venipuncture, Capillary Puncture, And Other Blood Collection Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Laboratory Procedures And Protocols.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients And Healthcare Professionals In A Compassionate And Professional Manner.
