Job Qualifications
  • Certification In Phlebotomy: The Ideal Candidate For This Job Should Hold A Valid Certification In Phlebotomy From An Accredited Institution. This Certification Ensures That The Individual Has Received The Necessary Training And Has The Required Skills To Perform Phlebotomy Procedures Accurately And Safely.

  • Experience In Phlebotomy: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting Is Preferred For This Role. This Experience Should Include Performing Blood Draws, Handling And Processing Samples, And Using Various Phlebotomy Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures Related To Phlebotomy. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Tests, Specimen Handling And Storage, And Infection Control.
