  1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and internal team members.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to pathology services.
  3. Assist with the coordination and scheduling of pathology testing and procedures.
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information and testing requisitions.
  5. Maintain and organize pathology records and documents.
  6. Collaborate with the pathology team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.
  7. Monitor and track incoming and outgoing pathology samples.
  8. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to testing processes or results.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers regarding test results and next steps.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the pathology department.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry and company developments and regulations related to pathology testing.
  12. Provide administrative support to the pathology team, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall goals of the pathology department and the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Genetics, Or Healthcare Management.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Pathology Or Genetics Department.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Quality Control Measures.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills To Effectively Coordinate Between Various Departments And External Partners.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
