Job Qualifications

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Part-Time Phlebotomist At Natera Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Phlebotomy Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Certification In Phlebotomy From An Accredited Institution.
Previous Experience: Natera Prefers Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Phlebotomy, Preferably In A Clinical Or Laboratory Setting.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Part-Time Phlebotomist, The Candidate Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Interact With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Attention To Detail To Accurately Collect, Label, And Process Blood Samples.
