  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on advancements and developments in the field of abdominal transplants and organ health.
  2. Provide expert knowledge and guidance to the medical team on all aspects of abdominal organ health and transplantation.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and strategies for improving patient outcomes in abdominal transplantation.
  5. Utilize specialized skills and expertise to review and analyze medical data and provide recommendations for patient treatment plans.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing education and training to colleagues and other healthcare professionals on abdominal organ health and transplantation.
  7. Participate in conferences, symposiums, and other industry events to share knowledge and promote Natera's role in the field of abdominal transplants.

  10. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed and prioritized in all aspects of care.
  11. Monitor and track patient outcomes and provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement in patient care.

  13. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  14. Complete all required training and certifications to maintain relevant expertise and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Medicine, Or Public Health.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Research Setting, Preferably In The Field Of Organ Transplantation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Abdominal Anatomy And Physiology, As Well As Understanding Of Organ Transplantation Procedures And Protocols.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Certification As A Transplant Coordinator Or Organ Procurement Coordinator (Cptc/Opc) Is Preferred.
