Responsibilities:

- Perform laboratory techniques and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and organize specimens for laboratory testing.
- Maintain safety protocols in the laboratory.
- Stay up-to-date on new developments in oncology pathology and utilize best practices.
- Participate in research projects related to oncology pathology.
- Provide education and guidance to fellow staff members and students.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure clear understanding of diagnosis and treatment plans.
