  1. Perform mobile phlebotomy services for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion while interacting with clients.
  3. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff.
  4. Accurately collect and label blood samples according to established protocols.
  5. Keep detailed records of all phlebotomy procedures and ensure proper documentation.

  7. Continuously strive to improve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and equipment and ensure they are properly stocked for each appointment.

  10. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in phlebotomy to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  11. Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay abreast of changes in the field.
  13. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and billing as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a positive work environment.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Phlebotomist: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Certification In Phlebotomy From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Blood Draws Accurately And Safely.

  • Experience In Mobile Phlebotomy: Prior Experience In Mobile Phlebotomy Is Preferred For This Role. This Includes Experience In Setting Up And Organizing Equipment, Working In Different Environments, And Handling Various Types Of Specimens.

  • Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations: Natera Is Committed To Protecting Patient Privacy And Ensuring Compliance With Hipaa Regulations. The Mobile Phlebotomy Assoc Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Maintain Confidentiality At All Times.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Mobile Phlebotomy Assoc, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Patients And Healthcare Professionals On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential To Effectively Communicate With Different Individuals And Provide Necessary Instructions.
