Oversee and lead the IVF Services department at Natera, ensuring the highest level of patient care and outcomes.
Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility to provide guidance and support to patients and staff.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of genetics and reproductive health to continuously improve and enhance Natera's IVF services.
Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement new treatments and protocols for IVF patients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing compassionate and personalized care throughout their fertility journey.
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine the most appropriate treatment plans based on their individual needs and medical history.
Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards related to IVF services.
Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a team-based approach to patient care.
Act as a spokesperson and representative for Natera's IVF services, promoting the company's mission and values to patients, colleagues, and the wider medical community.

Job Qualifications

Medical Degree And Board Certification: The Medical Director For Reproductive Endocrinology And Infertility - Ivf Services At Natera Must Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution And Be Board Certified In Reproductive Endocrinology And Infertility.
Extensive Experience In Reproductive Endocrinology And Infertility: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Reproductive Endocrinology And Infertility, With A Focus On Ivf Services.
Leadership Skills: As The Medical Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Physicians, Nurses, And Other Staff Members. Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions And Manage A Team Effectively, Are Essential For This Role.
Knowledge Of Ivf Technologies And Techniques: Natera Is A Leader In Reproductive Genetic Testing, And The Medical Director Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Ivf Technologies And Techniques, Including Preimplantation Genetic Testing (Pgt), To Ensure The Delivery Of High-Quality Services.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Medical Director Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building And Maintaining Relationships And Ensuring Efficient Collaboration Among Team Members.
