As the Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our clinical laboratory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to deliver quality results to our patients.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in testing processes and procedures.
  2. Manage and lead a team of laboratory technicians and scientists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze laboratory metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new testing protocols and procedures.
  7. Ensure proper training and competency assessment of laboratory staff to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to protocols.
  8. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  9. Oversee laboratory budget and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and incorporate best practices into laboratory operations.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for any laboratory-related inquiries or issues from internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence within the laboratory team.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure the development and growth of team members.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Overseeing A Team Of Laboratory Staff

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Regulatory Requirements And Quality Control Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And External Partners.
