  2. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies and identify opportunities for their application in the healthcare industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify areas where AI and automation can drive innovation and efficiency.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the implementation of AI and automation solutions.
  5. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the AI and automation team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  6. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and automation solutions, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of AI and automation professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  8. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities related to AI and automation initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation solutions, making recommendations for improvements and updates as needed.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for AI and automation projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  12. Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging team members to think outside the box and explore new ideas.
  13. Represent Natera at industry conferences and events to promote our AI and automation capabilities and stay informed about industry trends.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create messaging and materials that communicate the value of our AI and automation solutions to potential clients.
  15. Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment within the AI and automation team, promoting diversity and inclusivity.
