Natera is currently seeking a Kit Associate Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of our kit production, from initial planning to final delivery. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and play a key role in improving the lives of patients.   1. Oversee the entire kit production process from start to finish.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth and timely production.
  4. Monitor and track inventory levels and communicate any potential shortages or delays.
  5. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure kits meet company standards and customer requirements.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may arise during the production process.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
  9. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  10. Ensure all project documentation and records are accurately maintained.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on project management processes and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve upon current processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of kits to customers.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in kit production and project management.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
