- Oversee the entire kit production process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth and timely production.
- Monitor and track inventory levels and communicate any potential shortages or delays.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure kits meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may arise during the production process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all project documentation and records are accurately maintained.
- Train and mentor new team members on project management processes and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon current processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of kits to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in kit production and project management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
