Job Description

At Natera, we are looking for an ambitious and knowledgeable EMR System & Support Analyst to join our team. As a member of the Natera family, the EMR System & Support Analyst will be responsible for the daily activities of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This highly motivated individual will be required to maintain, troubleshoot, and support all aspects of the EMR system, while also working closely with various departments to ensure the system meets the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in the maintenance and support of EMR systems, as well as the ability to coordinate and collaborate with other departments. In addition to this, the successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Responsibilities of an EMR System & Support Analyst:

• Maintain the daily activities of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system • Troubleshoot and support all aspects of the EMR system • Work closely with various departments to ensure the system meets the needs of the organization • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Monitor system performance and identify potential areas of improvement • Develop and implement new procedures to improve system efficiency • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support as needed • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of any system-related issues • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to the EMR system

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science

  • And/Or Mac Os X Systems

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Network Protocols And Data Security

  • Understanding Of Hipaa Guidelines And Other Healthcare Regulations
