In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue.   1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue in the Central US region.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at healthcare facilities and organizations.
  3. Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Set and achieve sales targets and objectives for the Central US region.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure they are meeting their individual and team goals.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  9. Represent Natera at industry conferences and events to promote our products and services.
  10. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to genetic testing and diagnostic services.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to sales and account management teams.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for the Central US region in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  13. Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure effective and efficient execution of account plans.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and sales data.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve account management processes and strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Extensive Sales Experience: The Director Of Strategic Accounts, Central Us Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Biotech Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Process And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Large Portfolio Of Accounts.

  • Strategic Thinking: This Role Requires The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans For Growing And Managing Key Accounts In The Central Us Region. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Be Able To Identify New Opportunities For Growth.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As The Director Of Strategic Accounts, Central Us, Effective Communication Is Crucial. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Complex Ideas And Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internally And Externally.

  • Leadership And Team Management: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Of Account Managers. The Director Of Strategic Accounts, Central Us Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: Natera Is A Healthcare Company, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry, Including Key Players, Regulations, And Trends.
