- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Central region to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and establish relationships with key accounts in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Central region through prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of account managers, setting clear goals and expectations and coaching them to achieve their full potential.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to support the growth and development of the account management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Represent Natera at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and establish new partnerships.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports for the Central region.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve processes, systems, and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing strategic accounts in the Central region.
Strong Sales And Account Management Experience: The Director Of Strategic Accounts For The Central Region At Natera Should Possess At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In The Healthcare Industry. They Should Also Have Experience Managing Large Accounts And Building Long-Term Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Market, Including Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities. They Should Also Have A Strong Knowledge Of Genetic Testing And The Competitive Landscape In The Central Region.
Strategic Thinking And Planning Skills: The Director Of Strategic Accounts Should Have Exceptional Strategic Thinking And Planning Skills To Develop And Execute Effective Sales And Account Management Strategies For The Central Region. They Should Be Able To Identify And Leverage Market Opportunities, As Well As Anticipate And Proactively Address Potential Challenges.
