Oversee and manage the Anatomic Pathology team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company's Anatomic Pathology services.
Provide leadership and guidance to Anatomic Pathologists, ensuring high-quality and accurate diagnostic services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Anatomic Pathology services within the company.
Stay updated on advancements in the field of genetic testing and incorporate them into the company's services.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the field of Anatomic Pathology.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the Anatomic Pathology team.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and laboratory partners.
Participate in the development and implementation of new diagnostic tests and technologies.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex pathology cases.
Mentor and train junior pathologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new services or processes.
Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events related to Anatomic Pathology.

Job Qualifications

Medical Degree And Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Medical Degree And Be Board Certified In Anatomic Pathology By The American Board Of Pathology.
Extensive Experience In Anatomic Pathology: The Director Of Pathology Services Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Anatomic Pathology, With A Focus On Gynecologic And/Or Oncologic Pathology.
Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Oversee And Manage The Pathology Team, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments And External Partners.
Knowledge Of Molecular Diagnostics: Natera Specializes In Molecular Diagnostics, Therefore The Director Of Pathology Services Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience In This Field.
Regulatory Compliance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance, Including Cap, Clia, And Fda Guidelines, To Ensure Natera's Pathology Services Meet All Necessary Standards.
