  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.

  7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to senior management.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Natera's products and services, as well as competitor offerings.
  9. Represent Natera at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and its solutions.
  10. Mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure their success and growth within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Business Development Role, With A Focus On Enterprise Strategic Accounts.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Experience Working With Hospitals, Health Systems, And Large Physician Groups.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Decision Makers At The Executive Level.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Solutions To Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Preferred.
