- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer experience initiatives.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to customer experience and incorporate them into project planning and execution.

- Train and support team members on customer experience project management processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Project Management Experience, Preferably In A Customer Experience Or Customer Service Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Customer Experience Initiatives And Projects.
Demonstrated Understanding Of Customer Needs And The Ability To Translate Those Into Actionable Strategies And Plans.
