  5. Act as a liaison between customers and the company: Effectively communicate feedback and concerns from customers to the appropriate teams within the company, serving as an advocate for customers' needs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
