Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Genetics, Biology, Or Molecular Biology.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Clinical Or Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Genetics Or Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Genetic Testing Methodologies And Technologies.
Familiarity With Laboratory Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Clia And Cap.
