  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase market share in the Mid-Atlantic region for Natera's genetic testing products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and reimbursement, to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including physicians, hospitals, and payers.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Genetics, Biology, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Clinical Or Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Genetics Or Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Genetic Testing Methodologies And Technologies.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Clia And Cap.
