  1. Develop and implement commissioning, qualification, and validation plans for new and existing medical products, in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Conduct thorough and accurate testing and analysis of products and equipment to ensure quality and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain standard operating procedures for commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to commissioning, qualification, and validation, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to continuously improve the CQV process.
  6. Maintain detailed documentation and records of all commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  7. Work closely with regulatory agencies during audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and information.
  8. Provide guidance and training to team members on commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
  9. Participate in the design and development of new products, providing input on quality and reliability considerations.
  10. Identify areas for improvement in product design and manufacturing processes, and work with relevant teams to implement changes.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, scientists, and regulatory authorities.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of quality and excellence.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commissioning, qualification, and validation processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Cqv Engineer At Natera Should Have A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Concepts, Which Can Be Obtained Through A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Such As Bioengineering Or Chemical Engineering.
