  1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical oncology, specifically in lung oncology, and stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in the field.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to develop and execute targeted marketing and sales plans.
  4. Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  5. Deliver educational presentations and training sessions to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  6. Provide clinical support to physicians and healthcare providers, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on test utilization.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  8. Plan and execute regional events, conferences, and educational programs.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions, sales activities, and customer information.
  10. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Natera's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.
  11. Actively participate in training and development programs to expand clinical knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  12. Represent Natera with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  13. Travel within the Midwest region to attend meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
  14. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and development.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, content, and resources to support sales efforts.
  16. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and ensure all activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  17. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  18. Act as a brand ambassador for Natera and promote a positive image of the company at all times.
  19. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  20. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures

Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification In Medical Oncology Or Hematology/Oncology.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Lung Cancer Patients, Including Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, And Follow-Up Care.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Treatment Options And Clinical Trials For Lung Cancer, As Well As Emerging Therapies And Research.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Educate Patients On Their Treatment Options.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Specialized Oncology Center Or Academic Medical Center.
