  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Natera's genetic testing and diagnostic products, particularly in the field of oncology.
  2. Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and applications of Natera's products in the fight against cancer.
  3. Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals in the LA West region.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, researchers, and patient advocacy groups.
  5. Stay updated on the latest advancements and developments in the field of oncology and incorporate this knowledge into Natera's clinical strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing and educational materials focused on Natera's oncology products.
  7. Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnership and collaboration with healthcare organizations and institutions.
  8. Attend and present at conferences, workshops, and other relevant events to promote Natera's products and showcase clinical data.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform Natera's clinical strategy.
  10. Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical oncology and genetic testing.
  11. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to help improve products and processes.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with healthcare professionals and customers.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and go-to resource for internal teams on clinical oncology matters.
  14. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Natera's oncology business through successful execution of responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Clinical Oncology Specialist Must Have Obtained A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution, With Specialized Training And Experience In The Field Of Oncology.

  • Board Certification: The Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Oncology, Demonstrating A High Level Of Knowledge And Expertise In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Cancer.

  • Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Oncology Is Typically Required For This Position, With A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Treatments And Protocols.

  • Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For A Clinical Oncology Specialist, As They Will Be Required To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
