We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Oncology Specialist to join our team, specializing in Head & Neck Cancers/ENT in the Northeast region. As the Head & Neck Cancers/ENT Clinical Oncology Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers and patients by providing educational resources, clinical expertise, and personalized support. The ideal candidate will have a background in oncology, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

  1. Provide expert clinical knowledge and support to healthcare providers and patients in the Northeast region, specifically in the area of Head & Neck Cancers/ENT.
  2. Serve as a key resource and point of contact for healthcare providers and patients, answering questions, providing educational materials, and offering personalized support.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers in the region, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Conduct educational presentations and trainings for healthcare providers and their staff on Natera's genetic testing and personalized medicine solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of Head & Neck Cancers/ENT to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to healthcare providers and patients.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Natera, including Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, to develop and implement strategies for promoting Natera's solutions in the region.
  7. Attend regional conferences, meetings, and events to network with healthcare providers and raise awareness of Natera's solutions.
  8. Collect and report on key data and metrics related to the success and impact of Natera's solutions in the region.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to healthcare providers and patients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Represent Natera and its mission to improve patient outcomes and revolutionize cancer care with professionalism, integrity, and a high level of expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Clinical Oncology Specialist, Head & Neck Cancers/Ent At Natera Should Have A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution. This Includes Completion Of Medical School And Residency Training In Oncology And/Or Otolaryngology.

  • Board Certification: Candidates Should Be Board Certified In Oncology And/Or Otolaryngology By A Recognized Medical Board. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In The Field Of Head And Neck Cancers.

  • Experience In Head And Neck Cancers: Natera Is Seeking Candidates With Significant Experience In Treating Head And Neck Cancers, Specifically In The Areas Of Ent And Oncology. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Treatment Options And Techniques.

  • Leadership Skills: As The Head & Neck Cancers/Ent Specialist For The Northeast Region, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: In Order To Effectively Collaborate With Colleagues And Communicate With Patients, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Convey Complex Medical Information In A Clear And Compassionate Manner.
