  1. Provide expert knowledge and support to healthcare providers and patients in the area of clinical oncology for Genitourinary (GU) cancers.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of oncology, specifically related to GU cancers, and educate healthcare providers and patients on these developments.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and organizations in the field of oncology, particularly in the area of GU cancers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to develop and implement strategies for educating and promoting Natera's oncology products and services.
  5. Conduct presentations, training sessions, and webinars to educate healthcare providers and patients on Natera's oncology products and services.
  6. Attend and represent Natera at relevant conferences, trade shows, and other events in the field of oncology.
  7. Provide product demonstrations and support to healthcare providers and patients as needed.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for Natera's oncology products and services.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams regarding clinical oncology and specifically GU cancers.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competition in the field of oncology to inform business decisions and strategies.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all activities, including interactions with healthcare providers and patients, and provide regular reports to management.
  12. Adhere to all relevant regulations and industry standards related to oncology and GU cancers.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Natera, promoting our mission and values within the oncology community.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay current on advancements in the field of oncology.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Oncology Or Related Field: A Clinical Oncology Specialist, Gu At Natera Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Oncology, Molecular Biology, Or A Related Field. This Advanced Education Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Understanding Of The Underlying Principles Of Cancer Biology And Treatment.

  • Board Certification In Oncology: Natera Requires Its Clinical Oncology Specialists, Gu To Be Board-Certified In Oncology. This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In The Field Of Oncology And Ensures That The Specialist Is Up-To-Date On The Latest Advancements And Techniques.

  • Extensive Clinical Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Oncology, Preferably With A Focus On Genitourinary (Gu) Cancers. This Experience Should Include Patient Care, Treatment Planning, And Management Of Complex Cases.

  • Knowledge Of Molecular Diagnostics: Natera Is A Leader In Molecular Diagnostics, And As Such, The Clinical Oncology Specialist, Gu Should Have A Strong Understanding Of This Technology And Its Role In Cancer Detection And Treatment. Experience With Next-Generation Sequencing And Other Molecular Techniques Is Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Clinical Oncology Specialist, Gu At Natera, The Individual Will Be Required To Work Closely With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Physicians, Laboratory Personnel, And Patients. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Provide The Best Possible Care For Patients.
