Natera is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Coordinator, RN for our Thoracic department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise to coordinate and oversee the care of patients with thoracic conditions.   1. Coordinate and oversee the care of patients with thoracic conditions, utilizing clinical expertise to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  2. Lead a team of dedicated nurses, providing guidance and support to promote a positive work environment and ensure high-quality patient care.
  3. Utilize strong leadership skills to effectively delegate tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and manage the overall operations of the thoracic department.
  4. Develop and implement patient care plans, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure individualized and comprehensive care for each patient.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing appropriate interventions to promote positive outcomes.
  6. Educate patients and their families on thoracic conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to facilitate understanding and improve overall health outcomes.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care for patients.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes and outcomes.
  10. Stay current on advancements in thoracic nursing and incorporate evidence-based practices into daily operations.
  11. Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and patient-centered care within the thoracic department.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, displaying excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution

  • Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Practice

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting With Thoracic Patients

  • Knowledge Of Current Trends And Evidence-Based Practices In Thoracic Nursing

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Manage A Team Of Nurses And Other Healthcare Professionals.
