Utilize expertise in clinical genomics to support the development and implementation of innovative genomic solutions at Natera
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and research in the field of clinical genomics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address clinical needs and challenges
Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of clinical studies and trials related to genomics
Provide expert guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders regarding clinical genomics
Act as a subject matter expert and represent Natera at conferences, industry events, and scientific meetings
Contribute to the development and improvement of Natera's clinical genomics offerings and services
Stay informed on regulatory and compliance requirements related to clinical genomics and ensure adherence to them
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other experts in the field of clinical genomics
Participate in the training and education of colleagues and healthcare professionals on Natera's genomic solutions and their clinical applications.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Genetics, Molecular Biology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Genomic Testing.
Strong Knowledge Of Genetic Testing Methods And Technologies, Including Next Generation Sequencing (Ngs).
Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Clinical Genomic Testing, Such As Clia And Cap.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Interact With Healthcare Providers And Patients.
