  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and target potential customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  4. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and capabilities of Natera's technology.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other key stakeholders in the region.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in genomics technology to inform product development and customer engagement strategies.
  7. Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams, including sales and marketing, on the latest advancements and applications of Natera's technology.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in the healthcare industry.
  9. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  10. Represent Natera at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our technology and engage with potential customers.
  11. Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Natera, promoting our company's mission and values in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
  13. Participate in clinical research studies and collaborate with external partners to advance the use of genomics technology in healthcare.
  14. Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of genetics to ensure Natera remains at the forefront of the industry.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Genetics, Molecular Biology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Certification In Genetic Counseling Or Clinical Molecular Genetics Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Next Generation Sequencing (Ngs) And Experience With Variant Interpretation.

  • Familiarity With Clia/Cap Regulations And Quality Control Procedures In A Laboratory Setting.
