- Conduct thorough and accurate research on genetic testing and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Natera and our services.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of genetic testing and diagnostic processes and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Natera to drive the success of our genetic testing and diagnostic services.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions with healthcare providers and patients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve current processes to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
- Adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Genetics, Genomics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, With A Focus On Genomic Testing.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Molecular Biology Techniques, Next-Generation Sequencing, And Data Analysis.
Experience With Genetic Counseling And Patient Education, As Well As Familiarity With Genetic Testing Guidelines And Regulations.
Certification From The American Board Of Genetic Counseling (Abgc) Or American Board Of Medical Genetics And Genomics (Abmgg) Preferred.
