  1. Provide exceptional support and expertise to clients in utilizing our cutting-edge technology.
  2. Serve as a liaison between Natera and clients, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  3. Conduct on-site training and education for clients on Natera's technology, processes, and procedures.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by clients.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on Natera's technology and advancements in genetic testing and diagnostics.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Natera's technology into client operations.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in genetic testing and diagnostics to provide valuable insights to clients.
  8. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote Natera's technology and services.
  9. Provide support to the sales team by conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all interactions with clients.
  11. Act as a resource and mentor to other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and activities.
  14. Monitor and track client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Genetics, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Scientific Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Biotechnology Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Genetic Testing And Molecular Biology Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On Natera's Products And Services.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
