  1. Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare providers and their patients.
  2. Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and capabilities of Natera's genetic testing solutions.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers and their staff.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and utilization of Natera's genetic testing solutions.
  5. Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and Natera's internal teams, including product development, customer support, and laboratory operations.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in genetic testing to effectively communicate and train healthcare providers.
  7. Perform clinical presentations and attend conferences to promote Natera's products and services.
  8. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and key accounts.
  9. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  10. Collect and analyze data on product usage and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with healthcare providers and their patients.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential barriers to adoption and utilization of Natera's genetic testing solutions.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on Natera's products and services.
  15. Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Genetics, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Field Of Genetic Testing.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Molecular Diagnostics, Next-Generation Sequencing, And Genetic Testing Technologies.

  • Experience With Customer-Facing Roles, Such As Sales Or Customer Support, And A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Concepts To A Diverse Audience.
