  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical development programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to develop and implement clinical development strategies.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and standards in the design and execution of clinical trials.
  4. Manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical investigators to support the development of clinical trials.
  6. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, prepare and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all clinical trial documentation and reporting.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of clinical research and incorporate new methodologies and technologies into clinical development programs.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to clinical development team members.
  10. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient execution of clinical trials.
  11. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to present clinical data and maintain awareness of industry trends.
  12. Uphold the company's commitment to patient safety and ethical conduct in all clinical development activities.
  13. Identify and address potential risks and challenges in clinical development programs and develop contingency plans.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical development policies, procedures, and standards.
  15. Drive the successful and timely completion of clinical trials and support the launch of new products that will improve patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Or Clinical Research.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development Or Clinical Operations Within The Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Ich/Gcp Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
