- Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical development programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to develop and implement clinical development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and standards in the design and execution of clinical trials.
- Manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical investigators to support the development of clinical trials.
- Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, prepare and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all clinical trial documentation and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of clinical research and incorporate new methodologies and technologies into clinical development programs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to clinical development team members.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient execution of clinical trials.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to present clinical data and maintain awareness of industry trends.
- Uphold the company's commitment to patient safety and ethical conduct in all clinical development activities.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges in clinical development programs and develop contingency plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical development policies, procedures, and standards.
- Drive the successful and timely completion of clinical trials and support the launch of new products that will improve patient outcomes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Or Clinical Research.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development Or Clinical Operations Within The Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Ich/Gcp Guidelines.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
