Natera is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing System Configuration Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for making complex technical concepts understandable. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of billing system configuration, along with excellent communication and project management skills. You should also be committed to finding solutions that are cost-effective and efficient.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of experience in billing system configuration and analysis, along with knowledge of SQL and programming languages. Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain billing system parameters to ensure accurate and timely billing of products and services.
Monitor and analyze billing system performance to identify and correct errors.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing billing system configuration.
Develop and maintain documentation of billing system configuration and procedures.
Analyze billing system processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot complex billing system problems and recommend solutions.
Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing of products and services.
Manage and coordinate billing system upgrades and changes.
Provide technical support for billing system users.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for billing system users.
