
Benefits Administrator
Work closely with and serve as a liaison between Managers, HRBPs, and Recruiters to provide information on benefits procedures and policies. Administer recurring and ad-hoc audits to ensure accurate processing of benefit elections, carrier interfaces, payroll files, etc. Administer the annual Open Enrollment process from beginning to end including drafting communications, answering employee questions. Manage the administration and record-keeping of Leave of Absence, Workers' Compensation, 401(k) programs & FSA including employee consultation and assistance with claims filing and questions. Assist with ongoing compliance filing of 5500s, SARs, nondiscrimination testing and other required filings to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Responsible for data generation to third party for COBRA administration.
5+ years related experience in benefits administration
