  1. Conduct experiments and research to develop and optimize genetic testing technologies.
  2. Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for further experimentation.
  3. Collaborate with team members to design and execute experiments.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during experimentation.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into research.
  7. Contribute to the development of new testing protocols and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and protocols in the laboratory.
  9. Communicate results and progress to team members and management.
  10. Participate in team meetings and present research findings.
  11. Assist in the training and supervision of laboratory technicians.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and commercialization.
  13. Contribute to the writing of scientific publications and presentations.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in all work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development (R&D) Setting, Preferably In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Techniques And Protocols, Including Pcr, Dna Sequencing, And Data Analysis Software.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Contributing To Research Projects And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings And Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
