  1. Oversee the development and implementation of innovative laboratory techniques within the ABMG Organ Health department.
  2. Lead and manage a team of laboratory professionals to ensure efficient and accurate execution of laboratory processes.
  3. Stay updated on the latest advancements in reproductive health and incorporate them into Natera's technology and processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for the department.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve laboratory processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Train and mentor laboratory staff to maintain a high level of technical expertise and professionalism.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork within the laboratory.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute research projects and clinical trials.
  10. Represent Natera at industry conferences and events, showcasing our advancements in reproductive health.
  11. Provide guidance and support to the laboratory team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  12. Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure high-quality standards are met at all times.
  13. Engage in budget planning and management for the department.
  14. Contribute to the development of new products and services in the field of reproductive health.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other departments on laboratory-related matters.

  • Board Certification In Molecular Genetics (Abmg) - This Qualification Demonstrates The Individual's Expertise In Molecular Genetics And Their Ability To Oversee And Interpret Laboratory Results Related To Organ Health.

  • Extensive Experience In Organ Health Testing - A Strong Background In Organ Health Testing Is Essential For An Associate Laboratory Director At Natera, As This Role Requires The Ability To Oversee And Manage The Laboratory Processes And Procedures Related To This Specialty.

  • Leadership And Management Skills - As An Associate Laboratory Director, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Laboratory Professionals And Ensuring The Smooth Functioning Of The Laboratory.
