Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the oncology field.
  2. Educate healthcare providers and patients on the benefits and capabilities of Natera's genetic testing solutions for cancer.
  3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting and selling Natera's oncology products.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of oncology to effectively communicate and promote Natera's products and services.
  5. Conduct training sessions and presentations for healthcare providers on the use and interpretation of Natera's genetic testing solutions.
  6. Provide support and guidance to healthcare providers in ordering, collecting, and processing samples for genetic testing.
  7. Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and Natera's laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test results.
  8. Maintain accurate records of interactions with healthcare providers and patients, and report on progress and trends.
  9. Participate in conferences, seminars, and other events to represent Natera and promote its oncology products and services.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Natera's oncology program.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical oncology for internal teams and provide guidance and support as needed.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and compliance standards set forth by Natera and relevant regulatory bodies.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to Natera's mission to improve the lives of cancer patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Genetics, Or Oncology.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Research Setting, Preferably In Oncology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cancer Biology, Pathology, And Treatment Options.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Healthcare Professionals And Patients.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation, With Experience Using Relevant Software And Databases.
