  1. Oversee the development and implementation of phlebotomy programs to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the phlebotomy team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams, to drive program success.
  4. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  6. Create and implement training programs for phlebotomy staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and CLIA.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation in phlebotomy services.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to promote professional growth and development.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the phlebotomy programs.
  11. Represent the company at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the phlebotomy solutions division.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on program performance and make recommendations for future initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Leadership Roles, With A Focus On Phlebotomy Or Laboratory Services.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Control And Regulatory Requirements For Laboratory Operations, Specifically In The Field Of Phlebotomy.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Driving Process Improvement Initiatives And Implementing Best Practices To Enhance Program Efficiency And Effectiveness.
