- Oversee the development and implementation of phlebotomy programs to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the phlebotomy team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams, to drive program success.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration Or Business Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Leadership Roles, With A Focus On Phlebotomy Or Laboratory Services.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Control And Regulatory Requirements For Laboratory Operations, Specifically In The Field Of Phlebotomy.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
