- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Effectively communicate Natera's products and services to potential and current clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Natera's offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track and report on sales activities and progress.
- Represent Natera at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote our brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships.
- Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate and educate clients.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company success.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Natera and represent our company values and mission in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of The Healthcare Market, Including Understanding Of Molecular Diagnostics And Genetic Testing, Is Preferred.
