Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Account Sales Representative to join the Natera team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in account sales and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for the growth and development of Natera's customer base in a defined region. You must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be a confident and persuasive salesperson.We are looking for someone who is both a team player and a self-starter. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and have a solid understanding of the sales process. If you are looking to be part of a fast-paced and vibrant team, this is the job for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)• 3+ years of sales account experience• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proven success in building relationships with customers• Knowledge of sales process and techniques• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts across a designated region
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with customers and build trust
  3. Generate sales and exceed predetermined sales goals
  4. Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
  5. Negotiate terms of an agreement and close sales
  6. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  7. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  8. Monitor customer complaints and resolve issues
  9. Stay up to date with product and industry information
  10. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
