
Account Sales Representative
We are looking for a talented and driven Account Sales Representative to join the Natera team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in account sales and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for the growth and development of Natera's customer base in a defined region. You must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be a confident and persuasive salesperson.We are looking for someone who is both a team player and a self-starter. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and have a solid understanding of the sales process. If you are looking to be part of a fast-paced and vibrant team, this is the job for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)• 3+ years of sales account experience• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proven success in building relationships with customers• Knowledge of sales process and techniques• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts across a designated region
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and build trust
- Generate sales and exceed predetermined sales goals
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
- Negotiate terms of an agreement and close sales
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor customer complaints and resolve issues
- Stay up to date with product and industry information
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
