Accurately and efficiently process patient samples in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate sample tracking and data entry.
Organize and prioritize sample processing based on departmental protocols and priorities.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding sample handling, processing, and confidentiality.
Keep detailed and accurate records of sample processing and data entry.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Proactively identify and report any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to continuously improve processes and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to patients and other external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met.
Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sample processing procedures.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Assist in other departmental tasks and projects as needed.
