Job Description

Plans and directs activities of subordinates engaged in contract negotiation, administration and management for all requirements of projects at MSFC, including requirements involving advanced research and technology studies. Assigns work, establishes priorities, and advises subordinate team leads on new or revised policies, procedures, methods, and techniques. Reviews assigned activities, identifies areas requiring emphasis, and makes adjustments as necessary to accomplish assignments. Develops findings for presentation to Center and NASA Headquarters top management. As a supervisor, you will provide equal opportunity in all Federal human capital and employment programs.
