
Workday Program Coordinator II

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Workday program to ensure HR and financial processes are efficient and effective.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions through the Workday program.
- Train and support employees on the proper use of the Workday program, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor data and system integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all modules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any Workday-related questions or concerns.
- Continuously review and update Workday processes and procedures to align with best practices and company goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Workday processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Workday program.
- Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on Workday program progress and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Workday functionality to suggest potential improvements and enhancements.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks related to the Workday program as needed.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workday Implementation And/Or Support.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Environment And Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Regulations Preferred.
