Job Description

At MUSC Health, we’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a User Adoption – Help Desk professional. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others get the most out of their experience with our service, and is committed to driving user adoption.In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for any user-related issues, and you’ll provide guidance and expertise to help users optimize their experience with our service. You’ll also be responsible for tracking user adoption trends and recommending strategies to increase user engagement.The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on their feet. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience in a help desk role, and a working knowledge of user adoption trends and strategies.If you’re looking to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on user adoption in an exciting and innovative health care environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for any user-related issues.
  2. Provide guidance and expertise to help users optimize their experience with the service.
  3. Track user adoption trends and recommend strategies to increase user engagement.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Troubleshoot user-related issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal user experience.
  6. Monitor user engagement and provide feedback to improve user adoption.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user adoption.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
