
User Adoption – Help Desk
At MUSC Health, we’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a User Adoption – Help Desk professional. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others get the most out of their experience with our service, and is committed to driving user adoption.In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for any user-related issues, and you’ll provide guidance and expertise to help users optimize their experience with our service. You’ll also be responsible for tracking user adoption trends and recommending strategies to increase user engagement.The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on their feet. Responsibilities:
