Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of University Programs for Medical Students and Residents.
2. Develop and use databases to manage and store program information.
3. Maintain positive relationships with faculty, staff, and medical students and residents.
4. Provide customer service to participants in the program.
5. Work independently and as part of a team.
6. Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
7. Monitor program progress and ensure successful program completion.
8. Create and deliver presentations to faculty, staff, and medical students and residents.
9. Manage program budget and resources.
10. Prepare and submit reports on program progress and outcomes.
