  1. Conduct research activities under the supervision of the principal investigator and other team members.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of research protocols and procedures.
  3. Recruit and screen participants for research studies.
  4. Coordinate and schedule research activities and appointments.
  5. Collect and enter data accurately and efficiently.
  6. Assist in data analysis and interpretation.
  7. Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current research trends and developments in the field of developmental disabilities.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of research projects.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all research activities.
  11. Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other professionals.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  13. Manage and maintain research databases and files.
  14. Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from regulatory agencies.
  15. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that arise during research activities.
  16. Take initiative and suggest improvements to research processes and procedures.
  17. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the department and institution positively.
  18. Support the overall mission and goals of the department and institution.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Child Development, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Research, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Developmental Pediatrics And Experience Working With Children And Families.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
